1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or scheduling services with Smart Experts Services Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Texas. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Smart Experts Services Hub provides home appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to residential and commercial customers in Texas. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline service to any person or address for any reason.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and may be subject to change.
• We provide a 2-hour arrival window for all appointments and will call or text ahead when the technician is en route.
• Same-day service is offered when capacity allows and is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of emergency, technician illness, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: No charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: $50 cancellation fee may apply.
• No-shows (customer not home during scheduled window): Full diagnostic/service call fee charged.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are provided as estimates. A firm written quote is given before any work begins.
• You are not obligated to proceed after receiving a quote. If you decline, the diagnostic/service call fee applies.
• Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards.
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
• Unpaid balances may be referred to collections after 30 days.

6. Warranty

All repair work is covered by a 90-day parts and labor warranty (Elite plan members receive a 1-year warranty). Warranty coverage:

• Applies to the specific repair performed by Smart Experts Services Hub
• Covers defects in parts we supplied and workmanship errors by our technicians
• Does not cover new or unrelated failures, damage caused by misuse, power surges, flooding, fire, or failure of parts not supplied by us
• Requires that you notify us within the warranty period to schedule a warranty visit

7. Safety & Access

Technicians must have safe, unobstructed access to the appliance or system being serviced. Please secure pets and clear the work area. We reserve the right to decline or cease work in conditions we determine to be unsafe, without penalty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Smart Experts Services Hub's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Smart Experts Services Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
